Oversee all alcohol sales at Expo Idaho/Western Idaho Fair. Assist in Food Service with scheduling and daily duties as needed. You will be responsible for supervision of the Beverage department during all events at Expo Idaho/ Western Idaho Fair. You will also oversee the beer orders, maintain inventory, and ensure that all alcoholic beverages are stored and secure per Idaho State law.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- TIPS or equivalent alcohol certification
- Knowledge of Idaho State Liquor laws and can implement them
- Experience working in alcohol management with high volume outdoor festivals and fairs
